An exclusive four-day journey designed for a small group, offering an intimate and carefully held experience of wellbeing, presence, and renewal.
Set among the hills of the Marche, in the central heart of the Italian landscape, this April retreat invites a return to grounding and inner stability. The experience unfolds through a refined dialogue between yoga, mindful practices, sacred places, local traditions, and the natural rhythms of the territory.
Each day is gently guided by the energy of the Muladhara Chakra, shaping the atmosphere through intention, colour, and a sense of rooted presence. Yoga, breathwork, and meditation practices are steady and restorative, supporting embodiment, calm, and reconnection with essential foundations.
Moments spent in ancient monasteries, Romanesque churches, and spiritual sites across the wider Marche territory offer spaces of silence and reflection, while time outdoors allows for a deeper connection with nature and place. Carefully curated food experiences introduce guests to local, organic, and handmade traditions, including tastings of regional cheeses and cured meats paired with local wines.
The rhythm of the days balances structured practice with time for rest, contemplation, and informal moments of connection. The atmosphere remains quiet, spacious, and intentional — allowing wellbeing to emerge naturally, rooted in the body, the land, and the present moment.
