Set within the dramatic natural landscape of the Marche, the June retreat invites a deeper exploration of fluidity and self-expression. The experience unfolds through yoga, mindful practices, nature, and cultural landmarks that speak to the region’s relationship with time, craftsmanship, and natural beauty.
Each day is gently guided by the energy of the Svadhisthana Chakra, shaping the atmosphere through intention, colour, and a sense of creative flow. Yoga, breathwork, and meditation practices become more fluid and expressive, encouraging ease, adaptability, and embodied presence.
Encounters with iconic sites such as the Frasassi Caves and the Rocca Albornoz offer moments of awe and perspective, while time spent near the river invites a simple, grounding connection with water and movement. Traditional food practices rooted in ancient grains and slow processes introduce a sensorial layer that reflects the territory’s cultural depth.
The days unfold with lightness and care, creating space for inspiration, pleasure, and authentic connection — to the body, the landscape, and one’s natural rhythm.
